VOCLA offers a straightforward return policy allowing you to return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear and swimwear must have all tags and protective strips intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Log into your VOCLA account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and specify the reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garments are in a resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the generated return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
